Hubby and I visited them this morning for 1st time, very impressed first off i am a wheelchair user and the guy was straight to the door with their own ramps which was lovely to see, very friendly guys, we bought some juices, chatted for a good few minutes. Called in to Vape Industries for the first time last Saturday. Needed some guidance on coil building and found the staff (and the customers actually) extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Took time to explain the pros and cons, no pushy attitude just good honest advise. Bought a tank and accessories on the strength of the advice and will definitely be calling again in the future.
